Legal Counsel

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ PQE with strong private practice training and Australian admission
• Broad commercial contracting experience, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise and practical advice
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with an interest in leveraging AI and legal technology to improve legal service delivery
