As an Axiom litigation & dispute resolution lawyers, you'll engage in high-impact work across multiple industries while enjoying the flexibility to shape your career on your own terms, including:
Managing complex commercial litigation matters including breach of contract disputes, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. You'll develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings and motions, coordinate with external litigation counsel, support active litigations across federal and state courts, and advise on litigation risk assessments and exposure analysis. Your counsel helps companies navigate contentious matters while protecting business interests, managing costs, and pursuing efficient resolution strategies in commercial disputes that arise in today's competitive marketplace.
Overseeing discovery processes, document collection and preservation, e-discovery management, and production response for active litigation matters. You'll manage discovery requests and responses, coordinate document review teams, handle privilege reviews and redactions, prepare witnesses for depositions and trial testimony, and implement litigation hold procedures and data preservation protocols. Your work ensures efficient discovery management while maintaining compliance with procedural requirements and controlling litigation costs through strategic case management and process optimization.
Conducting pre-suit investigations, analyzing potential claims and defenses, responding to demand letters and third-party requests, and developing early case assessment strategies. You'll negotiate settlements and resolution agreements, support mediation and arbitration proceedings, advise on ADR strategy selection and timing, manage CMS case records and claims administration, and evaluate litigation alternatives to achieve business objectives. Your practical approach resolves disputes efficiently through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration when possible, avoiding costly litigation while protecting client interests.
Managing specialized litigation matters including consumer class actions, product liability claims, antitrust litigation, mass tort matters, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, and tax controversy matters. You'll coordinate multi-jurisdictional litigation, support government investigations and inquiries, handle employment-related disputes and investigations, manage intellectual property litigation support, and develop defense strategies for high-exposure matters. Your experience across diverse litigation types enables effective management of complex, specialized disputes that require deep subject matter knowledge and sophisticated litigation strategies.
