Advising on debt and equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, private placements, high yield and investment grade bond offerings, hybrid securities, SPACs, secondary offerings, SEC filings, tender offers, and cross-border deal structuring.
Counsel for commercial and consumer banking, senior secured debt, corporate trusts, lending and borrowing arrangements, asset-based finance, leasing transactions, and real estate finance across diverse financial institutions and corporate borrowers.
Structuring and documenting project finance, structured finance transactions, and derivatives including swaps, options, and other complex financial instruments across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.
Advising investment and wealth management firms on fund formation, investment compliance, market access, regulatory filings, and securities regulation across domestic and international markets.

Axiom’s interview process typically takes about two weeks. If your interviews are successful, you'll work on your Axiom for Talent profile while our recruiting team conducts diligence checks. Once complete, you'll be introduced to your Talent Success Partner and join our Waitlist.
After you’ve matched with a client engagement and completed our onboarding process, you become an Axiom employee. Your Talent Success Partner supports you throughout your engagement and helps you find your next role while you're still working—or you can spend time "on the beach" between engagements.

The average engagement lasts approximately eight months globally, though many legal talent stay engaged with their clients for much longer—sometimes years.
