Automotive Supply Chain Lawyer
US - Remote
We are currently seeking a Commercial Supply Chain Lawyer to work with our client base within the Automotive Industry. This is an exciting opportunity where you can bring your legal background and business acumen to work on a cutting-edge commercial supply chain projects for top companies while tackling complex legal challenges on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Review contracts and negotiation across a wide range of agreements and contracts with suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and other stakeholders in the automotive supply chain
- Monitor and advise on compliance matters related to transportation, logistics, trade, and other regulatory aspects of the automotive supply chain
- Identify potential legal risks within the supply chain and develop effective risk mitigation strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years providing legal support for an established corporate supply chain in an in-house environment, preferably within the automotive industry
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements related to supply chain processes, including vendor, supplier, distribution, and service agreements
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
