Commercial Supply Chain Lawyer
US - Remote
We are currently seeking a Commercial Supply Chain Lawyer to work with our client base across multiple industries.
This is an exciting opportunity where you can bring your legal background and business acumen to work on a cutting-edge commercial supply chain projects for top companies while tackling complex legal challenges on a global scale.
You will leverage your experience and expertise to counsel and collaborate with some of the most innovative and dynamic minds in the industry while growing and developing a diverse set of skills.
- Work directly with clients’ supply chain and operations teams and other business stakeholders across functions
- Advise corporate clients on legal issues related to supply chain matters including distribution, transportation, and logistics
- 5+ years providing legal support for an established corporate supply chain in an in-house environment
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements related to supply chain processes, including vendor, supplier, distribution, and service agreements
- Experience assisting with risk mitigation and compliance with applicable laws related to corporate supply chain management
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
