Legal Consultant - Shipping/Trading/Oil & Gas

Axiom is currently looking for an experienced Legal Professional who has worked in Oil & Gas, Shipping, and Trading for one of our F100 clients! This is an exciting opportunity to really make an impact and work on a large scale project.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse portfolio of Commercial contracts in shipping, supply, and trading.
• Serve as a legal advisor for logistics and shipping matters for all crude oil and gas products.
• Deliver sound legal guidance to internal stakeholders across multiple business sections across multiple jurisdictions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum 4+ years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of logistics, shipping, or supply chain contracts.
• Experienced in trading related work such as allocation, market disruption, force majeure, and the like.
• Great communication skills. Ability to work with various cross functional, cross border stakeholders.
