Hong Kong Legal Consultant - Construction Dispute / Arbitration

We are currently seeking lawyers with an expertise in Construction Disputes or Arbitration to join our bench and support our F100 clients:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve construction-related disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in construction law and industry standards in Hong Kong.
- Provide legal support on construction contracts, project management, and compliance with Hong Kong laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal professionals to develop case strategies.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
- Advise on risk management and dispute avoidance strategies to minimize legal exposure.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Legal practitioner from law firms or in-house ideally with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction disputes or arbitration area of practice
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with litigation, arbitration, and mediation in construction disputes.
