Legal Consultant - Derivatives (ISDA Documentation)

We are currently hiring a Legal Consultant - Derivatives (ISDA Documentation) to join us and provide support to our global banking clients:

Key requirements:

• Ideally with minimum of 2 PQE, experienced in derivatives documentation and regulatory frameworks
• Strong familiarity with ISDA and able to navigate regulatory margin requirements
• Mandarin language capability for documentation review and interpretation

The responsibilities for this role will include: 

• Provide legal oversight of ISDA Master Agreements and other derivatives documentation
• Support regulatory margin documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin to review and interpret master documentation 
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across legal, risk, and business functions
