Daniel Hayter

Managing Director & Vice President, Europe

Daniel is the European Managing Director and Vice President of Axiom, based out of our London office. He is responsible for the UK, Germany and Switzerland with over 45 staff and 3,900+ lawyers. Prior to his current role, Daniel was the Global Head of Corporate Business Development and Client Services for the world’s leading Expert Network – Guidepoint, where he was responsible for building and retaining revenue for Guidepoint’s corporate business around the world with teams based in 9 locations throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Daniel has also served in senior global leadership roles across the Americas and Europe, including Platts (a division of S&P Global), Dow Jones and Bloomberg.

Catherine Pitt

Talent Success Director

Catherine is the European Talent Success Director. She manages our team of Talent Success professionals in the UK and Continental Europe and oversees the management, engagement and retention of 3,900+ lawyers and legal professionals across the UK, Switzerland and Germany. Catherine sits on our Global Talent and Europe Leadership teams and reports in to our Global Head of Talent. She joined Axiom in 2015 from a top-tier London law firm where she practised as an employment lawyer and earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology.

Dr. Stefanie Gosen

Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, Compliance & Operations - Europe

Dr. Stefanie Gosen is Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, Compliance & Operations - Europe. In this role, she advises the international management on HR, labor law issues and compliance in relation to the Staffing of lawyers in Switzerland and employee leasing in Germany.

Previously, she was HR Manager at Orbium GmbH - Part of Accenture Wealth Management and led strategic HR initiatives, recruitment and optimized organizational structures. She played a key role in establishing the German office.

Her academic background includes a PhD in Social Psychology from the Philipps University of Marburg and a Diploma in Social Sciences from the Justus-Liebig University in Gießen.

Charlie McClelland

Senior Manager, Talent Success

Charlie is the primary Talent Success Manager for the Swiss and German markets, based in Zürich. Throughout his 8+ years with Axiom, he has held a range of roles and responsibilities on the Commercial, Talent, and Operational sides of the business. He originally joined Axiom in Chicago where he helped build the first Engagement Management team at the company before moving in 2018 to support our European operations and the growth of our business in Switzerland and Germany. In his current role since 2022, he has focused on serving lawyers and legal and compliance professionals in the region and partnering with our commercial teams globally to delight clients with a bench of high-caliber and diverse talent. Charlie holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Katrin Leksa

Senior Client Partner

Katrin Leksa is a Senior Client Partner at Axiom and is responsible for client relationships across Europe.  Katrin previously worked at Gartner and brings over 15 years of experience advising general counsel and their teams.  She has been a trusted advisor to many leading lawyers in the EMEA region, helping them develop their strategy, optimize their approach to task allocation and improve business partnerships.  Katrin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.

Christopher Heer

Client Partner, Europe

Christopher serves as a client partner managing efforts across Continental Europe, connecting clients with the right talent to supplement their in-house legal departments. He attended the University of Zurich before developing an extensive background in both business development and talent acquisition across various industries. Christopher partners with some of the world's largest organisations to help them re-think the way legal and compliance services can be delivered seamlessly and more efficiently.

Karolina Amstutz

Sales Manager, Europe

Karolina is Axiom’s Sales and Key Account Manager in Central Europe where she is responsible for both managing existing client partnerships and acquiring new ones, as well as client-related contract management. Before joining Axiom in 2021, Karolina worked in legal recruitment and built up the Legal Recruitment Division at Robert Walters Switzerland. She has a legal academic background and started her career as in-house counsel for an international payroll company in Switzerland. Karolina is fluent in English, German, French and Slovak and is a legal market expert for Switzerland and Germany.
