Litigation Attorney
US - San Francisco
We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney to support a major global technology company on a full time remote role with some flexibility to go into the office for occasional team meetings. Must be admitted to practice law in California.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, including regulatory inquiries, employee disputes, commercial conflicts, IP issues, advertising law matters, and cross-border claims.
- Develop and implement litigation strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to achieve efficient, business-aligned outcomes.
- Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters.
- Provide strategic counsel to leadership on litigation exposure, regulatory trends, and risk mitigation opportunities across global business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, HR, Product, Business Development, and Compliance—to proactively identify and address legal risks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environment.
- Strong experience with bodily injury claims, arbitration and other areas of litigation.
- Candidate must be based in one of the following locations: San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Chicago, or Austin.
- Active bar license in California.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with database management of litigation materials.
- Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload.
- Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver complex analysis.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $173,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
