In-House Counsel, Investigations

We are seeking experienced litigation attorneys to support a global F500 automobile manufacturer company near Detroit. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee discovery and fact-gathering for a range of litigation matters, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.
• Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and investigations. 
• Develop and implement efficient processes for handling electronically stored information and related discovery obligations.
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders on litigation risks, data preservation, and compliance best practices. 
• Support litigation strategy and case management through careful review and analysis of discovery materials.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Licensed attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience, including experience managing discovery and conducting investigations.
• Strong knowledge of discovery and e-discovery practices in federal and state litigation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and outside counsel.

Compensation, Benefits & Location: 

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $155,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.  Axiomites also get access to professional development resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
