We anticipate opportunities to advise on:
- Updating corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Corporate secretarial development.
- Assistance with annual corporate filings.
- Preparing for board and shareholder meetings.
- Design, implementation and execution of corporate reporting and communications.
- 8+ years of total practice experience, including 4+ years of experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm.
- At least six months of experience operating a solo practice.
