Legal Consultant - Life Sciences & Healthcare

Currently, we're hiring Life Sciences & Healthcare Legal Consultants to join us with:

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience within the life sciences / pharmaceuticals / general healthcare space, gained either within private practice or an in house setting
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of related contracts including: vendor agreements, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, clinical trial / supply agreements, safety data exchange agreements, laboratory services agreements, consulting agreements, R&D agreements, manufacturing agreements, indemnity agreements, and managed care contracts
• Experience providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters including those relevant to advertising, promotion and labelling
• Experience designing and implementing programs and policies pertaining to a variety of industry regulations

The responsibilities for this role will include: 

• Drafting and negotiating a range of contracts as above for internal and external purposes; the latter including counterparties such as hospitals, academic institutions, and clinical research organizations
• Providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters, including product promotional activities and product pricing
• Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical, commercially tailored solutions
• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goals
