Legal Consultant - Derivatives

Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultants with Derivatives experience to join us with:

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience within the derivatives / structure products space
• Private practice or in house experience

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Working with and advising business clients directly, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever-changing financial regulatory environment
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation for both sell-side and buy-side clients
• Assisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes
• Advising on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards
• Assisting with the development of new products and markets where applicable
• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goals
