Life Sciences Lawyer

US - Remote

We are currently seeking a Life Sciences Lawyer to work with some of the largest pharmaceutical companies. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device related commercial contracts.
  • Negotiating with sophisticated counterparties, such as hospitals, academic institutions and clinical research organizations.
  • Providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters, including product promotional activities and product pricing.

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 4+ years’ experience practicing at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or other life sciences company, or experience within a law firm advising life science clients. 
  • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to: vendor agreements, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, clinical trial/supply agreements, safety data exchange agreements, laboratory services agreements, consulting agreements, R&D agreements, manufacturing agreements, indemnity agreements, and managed care contracts.
  • Experience providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters, including, but not limited to FDA marketing (advertising, promotion, labelling) and sitting on a promotional review board.
  • Active bar membership in your state of residence. 

Compensation, Benefits & Location:  

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $140,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.  Axiomites also get access to professional development resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
