Real Estate Lawyer - Construction, Planning & Development

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Lawyer for a large multinational US based technology corporation.

Responsibilities:

• Advising for expansion land development and construction activities (e.g. utilities, telecom networks, electricity networks ad renewable power, or public-private partnerships building large road/rail/sea/airport infrastructure in Europe). 
• Provide counsel on real estate matters working within municipal & national governments, local communities and have awareness of permitting issues and processes.
• Working with local authorities and communities (e.g. large supermarket chains, IKEA, etc.). 

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of experience working in-house within large European energy/infrastructure companies (i.e. TOTAL Energy, BP etc.).
• Experience advising on land development and construction projects.
• Experience working with large scale retail industries.
