We employ various methods to gather feedback, including regular surveys by email and in-person, engagement by Talent Success Representatives, and collaboration with Client and Legal Advisory Boards. These feedback processes ensure that we continually improve and enhance our services to better serve our clients.
Our talent quality is highly regarded across key attributes valued by clients. Our talent earned average ratings of 4.3 for Legal Expertise, 4.3 for Business Judgement, 4.4 for Communications and Collaboration, and 4.5 for Responsiveness.
