In our latest talent quality survey, we’ve received detailed feedback from thousands of clients representing 31 industries and 14 practice areas. The results were outstanding, with our lawyers receiving an industry-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 68, far surpassing the legal services average of 37. Being placed at the high end of the "excellent" category, we are deeply grateful to the top-notch talent that enables us to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.
Our commitment to client satisfaction and talent excellence is evident in our approach to feedback and continuous improvement. With over 9,300 talent quality surveys from active clients, we aim to maximize client satisfaction and talent quality, allowing us to ensure that our lawyers have the tools and support they need to excel in their careers.
Axiom Talent Quality Sets Highest Standard
Our talent consistently sets the industry standard for excellence, whether it's for short-term secondments or long-term complex projects that clients traditionally struggle to manage internally or assign to law firms. According to the most recent data, an impressive 95% of respondents reported that our talent not only meets but often exceeds their expectations. Furthermore, 90% of clients believe that our lawyers are as talented or even superior to their counterparts at traditional law firms.
Unlike many other players in the industry, we place a strong emphasis on actively listening to and responding to our clients' needs and feedback. We employ various methods to gather feedback, including regular surveys by email and in-person, engagement by Talent Success Representatives, and collaboration with Client and Legal Advisory Boards. These feedback processes ensure that we continually improve and enhance our services to better serve our clients.
Our talent quality is highly regarded across key attributes valued by clients. Survey respondents were asked to rate our talent quality on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 indicating below expectations and 5 indicating exceeding expectations. Our talent earned average ratings of 4.3 for Legal Expertise, 4.3 for Business Judgement, 4.4 for Communications and Collaboration, and 4.5 for Responsiveness. These impressive scores underscore our commitment to providing exceptional legal expertise and customer service.
