Kelly MacBeth is a former General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer who has worked in financial services for nearly twenty-five years. Kelly has used that deep bench of knowledge across different subject areas to advise clients on a range of complex legal and regulatory matters, and has created and implemented a number of bespoke Compliance Management Systems for small and medium-sized financial institutions. Her past work experience includes working with national and international financial institutions, fintech companies, banks and credit unions.
