Sara Morgan is the Chief Legal AI and Talent Officer at Axiom, where she leads the company’s global Legal Talent organization and is responsible for recruiting, developing, and deploying world-class legal talent to support clients around the world. Under her leadership, Axiom has built one of the legal industry’s most highly engaged talent communities, earning the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) among legal services providers. Sara also leads Axiom’s Tech + Talent strategic initiative, focused on equipping legal talent with leading AI tools, capabilities, and skills while advancing AI-enabled legal services that deliver greater value to clients. Sara trained and qualified as a commercial litigation lawyer at Simmons & Simmons. She is a graduate of Law from Cardiff University and received her LPC at Nottingham Law School.
