Insurance Litigation Lawyer

We are currently seeking an Insurance Litigation Lawyer to join our bench.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of insurance‑related claims and disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including litigation and pre‑litigation matters within EMEA and limited exposure to APAC regions.
• Provide legal support on sensitive and complex matters involving riders and drivers, including personal injury, property damage, theft, and fatal incidents, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with insurers, regulators, and external legal advisers to support consistent, compliant, and timely resolution of claims across international markets.
• Work collaboratively with internal risk, claims, and operational teams to deliver clear, practical legal guidance aligned with organisational and regulatory objectives.
• Contribute to effective claims and litigation management through accurate reporting, data‑informed analysis, and adherence to internal processes and governance standards.

• At least 5 years’ post‑qualification experience practising in insurance, litigation, or disputes, gained in a law firm or in‑house legal function.
• Demonstrated technical capability in insurance law, including personal injury and damage claims, insurance policy interpretation, and liability frameworks such as vicarious, strict, and direct liability.
• Experience managing matters across multiple jurisdictions and working within diverse legal, cultural, and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
