Legal Consultant - Data Privacy

Currently, we're hiring Data Privacy Legal Consultants to join us with:

• Singapore or Common Law qualified lawyer, with minimum 10 PQE
• Bahasa Indonesia or Malayu skills to review contracts in Bahasa Indonesia language
• CIPP Certification
• Minimum 6 years in Legal & Data protection
• Most importantly, has strong experience supporting Technology/Software contracts (would like someone who can work with little/no guidance)
• Ideally, with general knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong collaborations skills with the ability to manage business stakeholders
• Independent and can hit the ground running
• Meticulous and detailed oriented

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Drafting and reviewing of License Agreements, Software/Solution implementation and Support Agreements, Solution Provider Agreements
• Experience and strong knowledge of Data Privacy in SEA is essential, to review and draft Vendor Agreements (Services, Consultancy, IT)
• General Commercial Support to the Legal team, overseeing SEA and Pakistan
