Axiom teams up with the client to plant a versatile, “Swiss-army knife” lawyer to support each subsidiary's real-estate pipeline. Headquarters introduces the Axiom lawyer to each operating company’s legal team as their new one stop shop for real estate. She supports matters ranging from new leases to construction agreements to purchase & sale agreements. 16 different operating companies rely on her as if she was their own law firm partner.
