Minimum 2+ PQE gained within the area of banking & finance, including but not limited to general lending, leveraged finance, acquisition finance and / or structured finance. Exposure to an in house environment would be a benefit though not essential.

Ideally 5+ PQE gained either within private practice or in house with experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts. Chinese (spoken and written) language skills would be an advantage.
