Axiom Announces Appointment of Chief Marketing Officer
NEW YORK, June 19, 2019—Axiom, a leading global marketplace for corporate legal talent, today announced a strategic hire to its executive leadership team—Sidra Berman joins Axiom as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Executive Vice President (EVP). Based in Axiom’s New York headquarters, Berman will report to Axiom CEO Elena Donio and play a pivotal role defining Axiom’s brand as a marketplace, which empowers the world’s leading and most innovative businesses to solve their legal problems in a more modern, efficient way.
In her role as CMO at Axiom, Berman will drive the overall marketing strategy, which will be informed by data-driven insights, and will be designed with an unrelenting focus on articulating Axiom’s value to clients and legal talent. She is responsible for all Axiom marketing activities including go-to-market strategy, brand building, lead generation, and talent attraction campaigns. An accomplished and award winning 20+ year marketing veteran, Berman brings extensive experience leading marketing efforts at fast paced start-ups including Clarabridge and Savi Technology, and at larger enterprises including Tangoe, Deltek and GE.

Berman joins Axiom from Tangoe, Inc. where she served as CMO for three years and helped the company navigate a financial restatement and eventual privatization. Prior to that, as Vice President and CMO at Savi Technology, Sidra played an instrumental role transforming the business and its brand from a legacy hardware defense contractor to a big data solutions provider.

Berman holds degrees in political science and economics from Tufts University. She earned her MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a focus on marketing and finance.
