Are you interested in building a legal operations team? Do you already work in legal operations but have just a small team of one or two? In this continuing legal education course, attendees will learn about the background and history of roles in legal operations. This course will focus on key elements involved in building legal ops programs such as a typical day-to-day in a legal ops role, how to identify legal ops needs, and how to develop new solutions and processes to address them. The host will draw from her own experience on a small legal ops team with limited resources including using technology for e-billing and contract management.
