Artificial intelligence has quickly become a major impetus behind some of the most significant M&A activity today. And with organizations racing to adopt new AI products and services, AI-related M&A is set to become the driving force for new deals for years to come.

This continuing legal education course will explore the new regulatory environment and challenges that organizations will face in the purchase and sale of AI products and services.

From shifting definitions of AI to differences in global regulatory perspectives, we will examine the “new rules” of engagement that legal teams must learn in order to navigate today's deal-making climate and close transactions effectively. We walk through the latest case studies and emerging trends, share an M&A checklist to address the risks to be examined in these deals, and provide resources for participants to take home and use moving forward.

Is your deal strategy up to date? This CLE is free to register and eligible for credit in all 50 states. Sign up today!
