With their busy season approaching, the tech company needs rapid support to churn through a backlog of employee investigations, including but not limited to harassment, workplace violence, Title VII discrimination, and performance management. Just two weeks after the client secured budget, Axiom supplies a first wave of 10 employee relations (ER) specialists to run the investigations process from start to finish, from intake to case closure. Two weeks later, they onboard an additional wave of 10 to further slash the backlog. Our Axiom team cleared the bulk of reviews 1 month ahead of schedule; the client flexibly winds down support while maintaining an ongoing team of 5 from Axiom to handle new and ongoing matters.
