Challenge
An aerospace technology company has wanted to migrate their legacy contracts into their Ironclad CLSM system for years. However, their current setup is duplicative and lacks the structured data necessary to migrate systems. They need to find a partner who could not only execute the migration but also clean up years of disorganized data.
Approach
Axiom partnered with the client’s Head of Legal Operations to place an Ironclad expert to lead the contract migration and ensure quality assurance throughout the process. As the project begins, it is revealed that the contracts were in worse shape than anticipated. As a result, the Axiom expert leads a major 6-week cleanup effort and backend reconfiguration of Ironclad to accept properly structured data. Once configured, Axiom used Legora to categorize, upload, and extract key metadata (such as renewal term length) from 1400 contracts like service agreements, MSAs, NDAs, etc.
