Challenge
The client wanted AI to help create and standardize playbooks across a range of commercial contract types, driving consistency and efficiency across a team of attorneys. They had their own contract templates, but no playbooks existed to apply them consistently, and the attorneys were unfamiliar with the tool.
Approach
Axiom deployed an attorney alongside DraftPilot, partnering with and working under the direction of the client's in-house team, to develop tailored playbooks from the client's own templates and deliver training to the internal contracting teams. Coverage spanned MSAs on both the buy and sell side, SOWs and work orders, LOI, and NDAs, with licenses set up for the core team.
