Challenge
The client held signed option-for-lease agreements and the reference templates they came from, but had no way to see how far the signed versions had drifted . Each agreement runs roughly 50 pages, and the provisions that drift sit scattered across the document rather than in one place. No map existed.
Approach
Partnering with and working under the direction of the client's in-house team, the Axiom lawyer built a tabular review in Legora, placing the template on one row and every executed agreement beneath it, then running ~75 columns across the portfolio, one per material provision. Reading across a row gives the full picture of one agreement; reading down a column compares every agreement on the same term. The Axiom lawyer spot-checked outputs against the source PDFs and named the exceptions.
