A global construction company needed to replace their LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) vendor with a more effective long-term alternative. With looming deadlines and conflicts of interest with their existing LPO, they needed to stand up a new contracts solution with no time to spare.
Approach
The manufacturer engaged Axiom to act as an interim solution as they looked to offshore operations. Axiom began by bringing in a team of 4 lawyers and 6 contracts managers, with an Axiom team lead to manage the project, delegate new work, and report up to key stakeholders. The Axiom lawyers supported procurement and sales agreements on counterparty paper, while the contracts managers handled NDAs. As the project drew towards conclusion, the client was so pleased with the support they kept a contingent on to continue their support long-term.
