Eric Bouchard, Chief Financial Officer at Axiom, brings 25 years of business and finance experience across various industries. Before joining Axiom, he spent five years as CFO of Nestlé Health Sciences, where his expertise was instrumental in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, contributing to NHSc’s growth and profitability. Previously, Bouchard was CFO of Atrium Innovations, where he was a key contributor to the sales process from the private equity and subsequent integration into NHSc. Prior to his nine years spent at NHSc/Atrium, Bouchard had also served almost a decade at Bombardier. His experience also includes Quebecor, Alcan, and KPMG. Eric holds an MBA, and is a certified CPA, CPA-CA, and CFA.
Sara Morgan is the Chief Legal AI and Talent Officer at Axiom, where she leads the company’s global Legal Talent organization and is responsible for recruiting, developing, and deploying world-class legal talent to support clients around the world. Under her leadership, Axiom has built one of the legal industry’s most highly engaged talent communities, earning the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) among legal services providers. Sara also leads Axiom’s Tech + Talent strategic initiative, focused on equipping legal talent with leading AI tools, capabilities, and skills while advancing AI-enabled legal services that deliver greater value to clients. Sara trained and qualified as a commercial litigation lawyer at Simmons & Simmons. She is a graduate of Law from Cardiff University and received her LPC at Nottingham Law School.
Chase Farmer is a seasoned commercial executive with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performance sales organizations in high-growth, private equity-backed businesses. As Chief Commercial Officer at Axiom, Chase leads the company’s global commercial strategy, bringing deep expertise in go-to-market execution, organizational design, talent development, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Axiom, Chase spent 17 years at Medical Solutions, including the last three and a half years as Chief Commercial Officer, where he helped grow the company from approximately $70 million in revenue to more than $2.5 billion. During his tenure, he led the development of the company’s managed services provider program, built several of its largest strategic client relationships, and played a key role in multiple private equity transactions. Known for his ability to align commercial strategy with operational execution, Chase has earned a reputation for driving sustainable growth and creating long-term value for customers and stakeholders alike.
David Pierce is the Chief Customer Officer at Axiom. Previously. he served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Axiom. Before joining Axiom in 2010, David was the Chief Executive Officer at Regen, Inc., a venture-backed company co-founded by Apple's first head of industrial design. Prior, he was the GM and General Counsel of THX, Lucasfilm's cinema-focused business, held in-house roles at EFI, a Silicon Valley-based imaging technology company, and spent five years as a corporate law associate with O'Melveny & Myers, where he represented F500 companies in a range of industries. David earned an undergraduate degree from Cornell University in biological sciences, and a Juris Doctor from USC, where he was a managing articles editor on the Law Review. David started his career as a field technician for the State of California, helping farmers grow better and more viral-resistant crops.
As Chief Technology Officer, CJ oversees all aspects of Axiom’s technology systems and infrastructure. Under his leadership, Axiom has developed bespoke 2-sided marketplace technology to manage its diverse bench of legal talent and match them to the needs of its global clients.
Prior to Axiom, CJ held leadership positions at Change Healthcare, Microsoft, and 343 Industries. He has 23 granted patents to his name spanning a range of computing topics including AI review of legal contracts, interactive video, social media, and computer networking. He holds MS (2001) and BS (2000) degrees in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, where he was inducted into the Computer Science Hall of Fame in 2022.
Chris Mason is the Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Axiom. He helps shape company direction and drives enterprise execution by aligning priorities, operating cadence, and performance management to deliver results across the business. Chris brings 20+ years of leadership across public and private technology and services companies. Prior to Axiom, he served as Chief Business Officer at Chegg with P&L responsibility, leading go-to-market, strategy, operations, and partnerships. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Guild Education and served on Marketo’s Executive Leadership Team as VP of Strategy & Operations, where he played a key role in Marketo’s sale to Adobe. He later led post-acquisition integration into Adobe Experience Cloud. Chris has also held leadership roles at LinkedIn and Intuit. Chris began his career in banking and investing at Citigroup and Menlo Ventures. After earning his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, he joined Bain & Company, where he worked with leadership teams on strategy and operational improvement. He holds a BA in Economics from UCLA.
