Part 1 – Negotiation Strategies: AI is evolving faster than the rules that govern it. In-house counsel are under pressure to close deals quickly while navigating an ever-changing compliance landscape as well as complex global regulations and new local conflicts. In part 1, we explore strategies that enable attendees to obtain better contract outcomes by leveraging cross-functional expertise, anticipating multi-year challenges, and navigating high-stakes provisions like liability, indemnification, and data use.
