To improve business efficiency, the pharma wholesaler engaged Axiom to review and migrate bulk volume contracts via several disparate internal systems. Axiom also assigned a client manager to oversee the project, delegate new work, ensure timelines were being met, and report up to key stakeholders. Over 18 months of support, the Axiom team reviewed over 17,000 supplier contracts, flexing up and down as needed based on volume of work to meet the client’s long-term goals.
