Daniel Hayter Joins Axiom as Managing Director of Europe

Seasoned Executive to Drive Regional Growth and Champion Client Experience


London, August 13, 2021 – Axiom, the global leader in high-calibre, on-demand legal talent, announced that Daniel Hayter has joined the company as its Vice President and Managing Director, Europe. With more than 20 years of business development experience in legal and professional services, Axiom expects Hayter’s extensive expertise in the field to drive new business development and strengthen existing client relationships.

Hayter will oversee Axiom’s business in the United Kingdom and in Continental Europe, further integrating the company’s operations to better serve clients and lawyers across the region. In Germany and Switzerland, he will assume Managing Director responsibilities from Axiom’s Chief Legal Officer, Catherine Kemnitz, who served in an interim role.

Hayter has a long-standing track record of building enduring client relationships. He also equally embraces the talent recruitment and retention requirements of his role, which are critical to ensuring that Axiom continues to provide clients with high-calibre, flexible lawyers to address their acute and evolving needs.

Prior to joining Axiom, Hayter was a founding member of Bloomberg Law and the Chief Sales Officer at S&P Global Platts. Most recently, Hayter was the Global Head of Corporate Sales and Client Services at Guidepoint, a leader in the expert network industry. He has worked throughout Europe, managing organizations in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Hayter will based in Axiom’s London office.
