Wealth Management Paralegal

We are currently seeking a paralegal with experience in the financial services industry to work with a leading multinational bank on their compliance and complaints team.

Responsibilities:

• Support a large banking institution’s consumer compliance and complaints department reviewing, investigating, and resolving complaints related to consumer-focused banking products and services.
• Analyze complaints as they are assigned and conduct a thorough investigation of merits. Draft summary and recommendation letters and provide any additional insight or facts as needed to reach resolution.  
• Support internal team members and leaders with identifying patterns and complaint trends and reporting findings to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• 2+ years of experience as a practicing paralegal, ideally with experience within the financial services sector.
• Experience conducting investigations coupled with knowledge of investment management services is beneficial, although training will be provided.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to efficiently analyze a high volume of materials while following internal policies and procedures.
