Contracts Manager

US - Dallas

We are currently seeking a Contract Manager to work with national and global corporate companies.

Responsibilities

  • Red-lining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements within the legal team to facilitate company goals cross-functionally.
  • Reporting on contract analyses (i.e. legal risks) and reviewing contract compliance with company policy.
  • Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of contracts while practicing prioritization and efficiency.
  • Identifying and communicating areas of improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Ability to commute to an office in Dallas.
  • 5+ yrs experience reviewing, analyzing, red-lining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements (i.e. NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, Saas agreements, IT agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, affiliate agreements, marketing agreements, etc.).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate with vendors/suppliers while maintaining contractual compliance with legal terms and conditions.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally to achieve company goals while showcasing prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills.

Compensation, Benefits & Location:  

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $90,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K, and more.
