Legal Consultant - Mergers & Acquisitions

Currently, we're hiring Mergers & Acquisitions Consultants to join us with:

• Minimum 2 PQE with a relevant background in M&A, gained within a law firm or in-house environment
• Strong commercial understanding equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, with the view of adapting to new environments

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Advising on the spectrum of M&A transactions including disposals, restructurings, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins, buyouts, joint ventures and private equity/fund investments
• Engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a wide variety of corporate contracts, including share purchase agreements, ancillary documents, disclosure letters, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, offering memoranda, shareholders agreements, and joint venture agreements
• Providing guidance and support on various corporate policies and other related matters
• Providing excellent attention to detail with the ability to ramp-up quickly in new environments and teams
• Assist and support key stakeholders across all business functions and at varying levels of seniority
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goals
