Axiom’s People team is responsible for establishing strong partnerships with executives, management and team members to achieve strategic business objectives and human resources initiatives. The team partners with colleagues and business leaders to build a high performing People function, in addition to acting as a key advisor in the following areas of organizational structure and effectiveness: change management, talent development, leadership, and helping Axiom attract, motivate and retain talent.
