Each month, we at Axiom face the enviable task of researching a Make Time (hey, someone has to have the daunting job of exploring new, great things to do!) We take it quite seriously, typically scouring the city for hidden gems, off-the-beaten-path activities and the latest & greatest the city has to offer. In a very shameless and extremely rare (we promise) manner, this month’s search led us to… well, us.

 Life before Axiom: Heller Ehrman; Orrick; Stanford; UCLA Law
Fun Fact: My daughter got a ‘raise your own bonsai tree’ kit a few years back and never used it, so I gave it a shot and now it’s a veritable hobby. Better yet, I stumbled on a whole community and competitions dedicated to these trees. I haven’t won any big contests yet, but never say never!
Career Highlight: When I was at McCutchen, we sold the San Francisco Giants. Hard to top that.
If I could be anywhere in the world: On my days off, you’ll find me abalone diving off the Northern California coast.
Favorite movie: The Big Lebowski is pretty much my trademark movie. I’ve seen it too many times to count… and thanks to me, so have most of my family and friends!
