opportunities

Axiom is growing... and we find our best people through personal referrals. So, if you know an attorney who might be right for any of the open positions below, please don't be shy... help us spread the word.

Attorneys joining Axiom this spring might:

• Advise the capital markets group of an established   but innovative investment bank on equity offerings

• Directly support the head of litigation at a   progressive financial services company

• Evaluate and monetize the patent assets of a   Fortune 100 company with a heavy-duty IP portfolio

• Negotiate data licensing and acquisition   agreements for a financial services leader

• Handle real estate investments for an asset manager

• Conduct deals for a major media company with   critically acclaimed programming

Axiom works with over half of the Fortune 100 companies in the New York area and 8 of the nation's top 10 investment banks. And we just opened Axiom's

San Francisco office... to find out more about our

make time

The Ghetto Boyz said it best: "damn, it feels good to be a gangsta!" Well, not that we'd actually know, but it feels real good to eat like one! If you can brave the gritty streets of Park Slope, don your old school garb and go get yourself a feast fit for a don. In other words, put on those retro pumas and trek on over to Al Di La Trattoria for some of the greatest old school Italian NYC has to offer. We like the gnocchi...mmm, and the chocolate pear tart for dessert. Just try not to go back for seconds.

spotlight on

Axiom Attorney Matt Schwark...
After living in many places (Matt's an airforce brat), Matt landed in the South for his education - first Duke and then Tulane Law. Since joining Axiom, Matt's focus has been the asset management arms of leading investment banks. Matt's done general corporate work and deal management for Axiom clients and, soon, his work will involve '40 Act compliance and negotiating investment advisory agreements. Prior to Axiom, Matt was an associate at White & Case and Cleary Gottlieb. And most notable, to his wife at least... Matt recently celebrated his first wedding anniversary.
