Company Law Update
The ongoing implementation of the Companies Act 2006 has led to a complete overhaul of the legal regime governing companies and the way in which they are run. This update looks in detail at the latest developments and issues in company law and regulation. It will examine the complexities behind new law and regulation, and explore the pitfalls of non-compliance and how to avoid them. The main areas that this afternoon course will focus on are Company issues for 2009, life under the Companies Act 2006, AGMs, share issues and FSA listing rules.
